Keep Hydrated for Healthy Skin…

Your skin needs hydration both internally and externally, all the time.  Not just in the summer. For day, wear sunscreen and consider using products containing antioxidants because they also have sun-protection properties. At night, consider using products containing retinoids, peptides or growth factors for their repair properties.

Here are some tips and reminders:

  • Drink water.  The general guideline is to drink between 
                                              five and eight glasses of water daily.
  • Enjoy seafood weekly for the oils that nourish your skin
  • Fruits and veggies are terrific for your skinl
  • Use sunscreen daily
